AboutThe Role
The University of Canberra’s Innovation Central Canberra (ICC) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to provide project, administration, marketing and communications support across a range of research and industry engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support marketing and communications activities, including developing content for websites, social media, newsletters, news stories, and promotional materials.
- Assist with planning and coordination of events, workshops, ideation sessions, and industry engagement activities, including logistics, materials and event delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, track milestones, support reporting requirements, and ensure compliance with established processes.
- Coordinate project-related administrative requirements, including access arrangements, stakeholder communications, and responding to enquiries.
You are a highly organised coordinator with strong written communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, build relationships and keep projects moving. Experience with social media campaigns and website content management will be highly regarded.
A technology background is not required; we are seeking a proactive and adaptable coordinator who can support a range of projects and stakeholders.
