Job Pathways is a new pilot program at TGC that connects our community of mid‑career women+ directly with employers and hiring managers from our priority sectors of technology, energy, utilities, transportation, and logistics.
The Program Lead will work with our network of employers to curate and execute a calendar of virtual and in‑person events that connect mid‑career women+ with sector leaders, hiring managers, and industry mentors to help them build their professional networks, discover opportunities in new sectors, and secure their next role. As a new pilot program, this role will include testing, documentation, and iteration to find what engagements work best for both employers and TGC community members.
Responsibilities- Co‑create the Job Pathways structure and strategy for employer engagement alongside the Programs Manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for new and existing employer partnerships, following up with warm leads that fit our community’s networking and opportunity needs.
- Work with employer contacts to identify and create opportunities for women+ in our community to learn about new sectors or roles.
- Maintain and grow a database of employer contacts by region and sector using Hub Spot CRM, leveraging it for event planning.
- Create and curate networking events, coffee chats, and informational interviews with employers.
- Pilot and test different engagement types for accessibility and effectiveness, documenting results and iterating based on feedback.
- Execute both virtual (≈80%) and in‑person (≈20%) Job Pathways events that connect mid‑career women+ with employers.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify appropriate messaging, positioning, and audience segments for events, recruiting from both TGC’s community and external audiences as needed.
- Lead data tracking and budgeting for events, including attendance, engagement, feedback, and spend for speaker honorariums or in‑person costs.
- Liaise with Career Support Specialists and Programs team members to share participant experiences and insights from employers, informing future Programs calendars.
- Support reporting to funders, leadership, and the board regarding Job Pathways events and activities.
- Build a case for continued funding of the Program by collecting impact stories, quotes, and metrics.
- Assist the TGC Programs team in executing virtual events and workshops such as Catalyst or Slack as needed.
- Attend TGC team meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- You have practical experience working in hiring, recruitment, talent acquisition, or career development, and you are committed to supporting individuals in finding their next great job.
- You possess excellent project‑management skills and can translate a wide network of contacts and event ideas into a curated calendar, ensuring each event is effective and worthwhile for all participants.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, career development, or HR.
- 2+ years of experience in a partnerships‑focused role, building and formalizing partnerships.
- 2+ years of experience in project or program management, owning end‑to‑end execution.
- Experience building programs that help people achieve employment goals in community, non‑profit, or workplace settings is a strong asset.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot), including workflows, automation, and campaign tracking.
- Experience coordinating tasks with project‑management tools such as Asana.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and online tools such as Calendly, Typeform, Zoom, Slack, and Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Demonstrated experience with anti‑racism, anti‑oppression, equity, and justice principles in workplace settings.
- Proficiency working in fully remote environments.
