State Compliance Specialist

We're looking for an organized, self-motivated professional to manage state compliance, permitting, and regulatory requirements for manufacturing facilities across the country. This role works closely with engineering, sales, operations, and third-party agencies to ensure projects meet all applicable state and jurisdictional requirements from start to finish.

• Coordinate state permits, licensing, and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare and submit compliance packages, drawings, calculations, and required documentation.
• Track approvals and maintain compliance records.
• Schedule inspections and work with third-party agencies.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Operations to keep projects moving.
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting.

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, quality, permitting, regulatory, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience working with government agencies, permits, or regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
