Conducts a continuous facilities management program including supervisory operation, maintenance, repair and upkeep of buildings, structures, utility systems and grounds.;
Recommends programs to assure utilization of buildings, structures, utility systems, equipment and facilities to meet clinic operation needs;
Plans and implements the multi-faceted hospital safety program to protect patients, providers and visitors;
Conducts periodic reviews of programs and physical environment to determine compliance with standards and recommend corrections;
Serves as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator and maintains Emergency Preparedness, and Fire and Emergency Response Plans
