Community Construction Manager

• Organize, budget, and monitor all phases of building new homes.
• Lead the on‑site construction team and supervise subcontractor activities.
• Monitor costs, implement cost controls, and walk homes throughout construction to ensure quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

• 3‑5 years of experience managing the complete construction process.
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Annual salary of $90,000 – $110,000 with eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits, including:
