Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

Under the authority of the director of technical services (DTS), you are responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the built heritage (approximately 40 buildings). You lead the projects of the sector, supervise and coordinate studies, works, and interventions. Depending on the stakes, you may represent the DTS in certain instances or assist them in the conduct of certain projects.

Required Profiles:
Holder of a BTS Building, a BUT Civil Engineering Sustainable Construction Pathway Works Building track, a master's degree or an engineering diploma in the field of Building and Construction or significant professional experience in the construction management sector of building construction sites.

- mastery of office software (Word, Excel), - knowledge of public procurement and accounting rules, - multidisciplinary technical knowledge: buildings, civil engineering, construction, standards and regulations in terms of safety, accessibility, environment, urbanism and hygiene and safety at work, - technical writing and analysis skills, - rigor, responsiveness, anticipation, - organization, autonomy, ability to prioritize, - real sense of public service, human relations and communication.
