Regulatory Compliance Specialist
In this role, you'll provide construction surveillance and quality assurance support for USACE projects, ensuring compliance with contract plans, specifications, workmanship standards, and safety requirements. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with government personnel on critical construction and infrastructure projects.
Pay: $50.00- $60.00 per hour DOE
Qualifications- 10+ years of relevant construction inspection, surveillance, or quality assurance experience
- Experience with at least one specialized code or discipline listed below
- Strong understanding of construction methods, plans, and specifications
- Ability to prepare reports, recommendations, and documentation for government personnel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Medical Gases (NFPA 99)
- Life Safety Code (NFPA 101)
- National Electric Code (NFPA 70)
- Plumbing (IPC)
- Fire Protection Systems (NFPA 13 & 72)
- HVAC/TAB (ASHRAE/AABC/NEBB)
- Building Commissioning
- Communications & Security Systems
- Biomedical Equipment Systems
- Welding Inspection
- Airfield Paving & Concrete
- Environmental/HAZWOPER
- Dredging, Painting, and Metalizing Inspection
- Perform construction surveillance and inspections for compliance with project requirements
- Prepare surveillance reports and deliver findings to government personnel
- Review plans and specifications and provide recommendations for changes or corrections
- Assist with change orders, quality assurance reviews, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with CORs, contractors, and project teams throughout construction phases
- On-site role at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota
- No remote work available
