Summary of Position
The Graphic Preflight Layout specialist is responsible for the layout and design work for organizational mailings.
Operates and maintains assigned printers and peripheral equipment. This is a non‑exempt position.
Reports to the Creative Design Supervisor
Core Responsibilities- Represents St. Joseph’s Indian School in a positive and professional manner when interacting with employees, vendors and external partners.
- Leads by example and is a model of exemplary behavior to promote a positive working environment.
- A degree or relevant experience in graphic art or layout preferred.
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers, design software and print‑related equipment.
- Strong grammar, spelling, and organizational skills.
- Uses both hands and wrists repetitively for prolonged periods.
40 hours/week
