Location: Ellsworth Air Force Base
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct weekly rehearsals and worship services, including special events (e.g., holidays, memorials, funerals).
- Provide vocal leadership and guide the congregation in worship.
- Select and arrange music in coordination with the Chaplain.
- Deliver opening remarks and prayers aligned with Protestant traditions.
- Prepare and provide music scores, arrangements, and audio/visual lyrics.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of college-level education in music or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience leading worship teams or bands in a church setting.
- Strong vocal ability and experience leading congregational worship.
- Proficiency in sight-reading, arranging, and performing music.
- Ability to lead a contemporary Protestant praise team.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
