We are looking for an Assistant Service Client (m/f) in an apprenticeship program for JYSK France and JYSK Belgium (French-speaking).

Job DescriptionUnder the responsibility of the Customer Service Manager, you will participate in the smooth operation of the service.
As an assistant customer service in an apprenticeship program, your duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various channels (calls, emails, chat, etc.)
- Responding to customer complaints and satisfying them in a fast and qualitative manner
- Handling requests regarding undelivered or delayed orders
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys via phone, email, and chat
- Making additional sales
- Contributing to the achievement of the service's objectives and performance indicators
- Supporting our stores and ensuring optimal collaboration between stores and customer service
- You will also be collaborating with other head office departments, our distribution centers, and our carriers
You are pursuing a degree (Bac+2 or +3) in the field of customer service, and you may have previous experience in a similar position.
Your apprenticeship schedule is 3 days in the company, 2 days at school each week.
You have a good customer service background, you are positive and attentive.
You are convincing and make customer satisfaction a priority.
You are quick, organized, and responsive.
You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written.
You can communicate in English, either spoken or written.
You are proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
Additional InformationThe position is based at our head office in Peltre (Metz). You will work exclusively remotely for our JYSK France and Belgium (French-speaking) customers (email, chat, phone, etc.)
We offer a one-year apprenticeship contract, with a start date as soon as possible (the start date details can be discussed between JYSK and the selected candidate).
