CSR​/Dispatch

Location: Beresford

Prinsco is looking for a Customer Service Representative and Dispatch team member in our Beresford location who enjoys supporting customers, coordinating details, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role balances customer communication with scheduling and dispatch activities to ensure timely, accurate service.

What you will do Support customers with orders, questions, and service needs

Schedule and dispatch deliveries or services efficiently

Communicate clearly with drivers, operations, and sales teams

Enter and maintain accurate order and scheduling information

Monitor schedules and adjust as needed to support customer commitments

Resolve issues with professionalism and follow through
