Customer Service Representative
to join our team.
In our business, the first conversation matters.
For many customers, the person who answers the phone is the first and most important interaction they will have with our company. That conversation sets the tone for everything that follows.
A calm voice when someone is stressed.
A helpful response when someone doesn’t know what to do next.
A positive interaction that turns a simple phone call into long-term trust.
Because of this, the Customer Service Representative is one of the most important roles in our organization!
This is not simply answering phones or taking messages. The person in this position is the
voice customers hear, the tone they remember, and often the reason they choose to work with us.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates with warmth and confidence, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every customer interaction.
This role spends the majority of the workday communicating with customers by phone, so a natural ability to connect with people through conversation is essential.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls from customers requesting service
- Respond with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Ask thoughtful questions to clearly understand the customer’s situation
- Accurately document customer needs and call details
- Ensure all relevant information is recorded for the service team
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers
- Reconnect with customers who previously contacted the company
- Communicate service opportunities and next steps
- Confidently ask for the customer’s business when appropriate
- Accurately log call notes and customer information
- Maintain clear records within company systems
- Ensure the service team receives complete and organized call details

Qualifications- A friendly and confident speaking voice
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask while on the phone
- Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required
