• Busy Schedule from Day One – Strong internal referral network and established patient base
• State‑of‑the‑Art Technology – CBCT imaging, digital workflows, modern operatories, and advanced surgical equipment
• In‑House Referrals – Work alongside a team of General Dentists and Specialists who consistently refer surgical cases
• Clinical Autonomy – Practice dentistry your way while receiving operational and administrative support

• Extraction of impacted and erupted teeth
• Dental implant placement and related surgical procedures
• Bone grafting and ridge preservation
• IV sedation and anesthesia services
• Surgical management of oral pathology and infections
• Collaborative treatment planning with General Dentists and Specialists
• Delivering an exceptional patient experience and clinical outcomes

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency
• Active Pennsylvania Dental License
• IV Sedation Permit required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
