Location: Academy
Aspire of Illinois is seeking a Transition Coach in Academy, South Dakota to support individuals with disabilities as they transition into competitive integrated employment. This role includes collaborating with Career Navigators to implement job training programs and providing one-on-one support during internships.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, experience working with adults with disabilities, and strong communication skills to engage effectively with students and employers.
