The Warren County ESC invites applications for a full‑time School Psychologist for the 2026‑2027 school year, assigned to Lakota School District. The psychologist will develop and provide a comprehensive range of school‑psychological services to students, families, and schools in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

• Participate in response to intervention team processes and consult with team members.
• Contribute to psycho‑educational evaluation and assessment for students to determine educational needs and eligibility for special education services.
• Summarize and interpret evaluation results and recommendations in written and verbal form in practical, understandable terms.
• Provide counseling services within the scope of training to individuals or groups of students when needed.
• Serve as a resource to districts and buildings in crisis situations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate professional development opportunities for staff and/or families upon request.
• Maintain an adequate system of documentation and record‑keeping, meeting deadlines for meetings, paperwork, and other responsibilities.
• Network and refer to outside agencies as appropriate to meet the needs of students and families.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to professional situations.
• Communicate with WCESC supervisor and district personnel on issues that may arise.
• Effectively utilize technology to complete assigned duties.
• Display professionalism through appearance, behavior, and attendance.

• At least a Master’s degree in psychology.
• Valid State Board of Psychology license.
• Pass a background check.

Beginning August 2026. 195 days in alignment with the district school calendar.

Salary per WCESC salary schedule and commensurate with experience. Includes a $5,500 signing bonus.
