Job Title

Join the team at each Lieu de Vie et d'Accueil (LVA), a multidisciplinary team composed of: A house manager, a psychologist, a housemaster, and five permanent staff members organized in rotation.

Your mission:
Organize, animate, and accompany. You organize, prepare, and animate various projects such as playing Kapla, organizing a vacation, organizing cultural and sports activities, and animate expression times like the weather of emotions.

Animate the daily life of the LVA. Make lasagna or a cake for 10 people, accompany a young person to a hearing or medical appointment, help with homework despite some grumbling, do an anti-lice shampoo, sew up a teddy bear to avoid some tears.

Accompany a group of young people and their projects. Adopt the educational posture specific to Colibri: just-proximity, presence, benevolence, "do with". Guarantee the physical and emotional safety of each young person. Write reports for the accompaniment of young people.

Working conditions:

Permanent contract – Permanent status of place of life. Work time in rotation of 4-5 consecutive days, night shifts on site. Modulation of working time according to Decree No.  of July 8, 2021. Limit: 218 days worked / year – Flat rate of 218 days worked per year. 30 working days of paid leave / year. Salary: from 2,061 € gross / month (valuation of diplomas and/or experiences).

Requirements:
State diploma in the educational/social field (ME, ES, BPJEPS animator, etc.) BAFA minimum. Significant experience in educational support. Knowledge of scouting: a plus. Manual B license required. Certificate of good standing required.

Recruitment process:
