SCJN, a Catholic elementary school rooted in faith, academic excellence, and a nurturing community, is seeking a passionate and qualified Learning Support Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education, be certified in Wilson Language Training (or a similar reading program) and demonstrate a commitment to supporting diverse learners in achieving their God-given potential.

• Provide small-group and individualized instruction to students with learning differences, with an emphasis on literacy using the Wilson Reading System (or similar).
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and parents to develop and implement support plans tailored to student needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify student learning profiles and monitor progress, using data to create small learning groups.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and communicate regularly with families and staff.
• Coordinate IST meetings and serve as a key advocate for students requiring accommodations or interventions.
• Promote an inclusive classroom environment rooted in Catholic values, where all students feel valued and supported.

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid PA Instructional Certificate in Special Education or equivalent.
• Certification in Wilson Language Training or a similar reading program.
• Experience in delivering targeted interventions to elementary-aged students.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
