Animator in Collective Reception of Minors (CRM)

Animator in Collective Reception of Minors (CRM) hierarchical relationship: director and deputy director of the CRM level of training: BAFA/CAP early childhood/HACCP method (experience required in animation) Public: children enrolled in primary school Animations:

- Supervise, monitor children during various reception times
- Participatory attitude with children
- Participate in the development and implementation of the pedagogical project
- Participate in team meetings
- Supervise children during school trips (school, outing) Daily life:

- Set up tables for meals (lunch, snacks), participate in meal services and clean up tables
- Briefly maintain the premises (after meals, after an activity) - Apply the disinfection protocols of the premises Security – regulation:

- Ensure the physical, moral, and affective safety of minors, pay attention to the well-being of the child
- Apply: the regulation of Collective Reception of Minors, HACCP hygiene rules, protocols established by the hierarchy Communication with the:

- Children and parents
- Members of the educational team of the CIAS
- Teachers of the school
- External stakeholders

KNOWLEDGE: current regulations of CRM, animation in respect of the pedagogical project, hygiene rules KNOW HOW: implementation of the pedagogical project and setting up structured activities KNOW TO BE: physical welcome: politeness and discretion respect for others, rules and places
