As Assistant Director, you will be the right‑hand support to our Campus Director and Educational Leader, working together to create a positive, nurturing, and high‑performing environment for children, families, and educators alike.

• Supporting and mentoring educators to grow and succeed
• Ensuring every child’s day is safe, engaging, and full of learning
• Building warm, trusted relationships with families
• Embedding best practice in line with the NQF and The OAC Way
• Inspiring a culture of collaboration, creativity, and care

You’re a confident, team‑oriented professional who knows how to balance fun and focus. You’ll bring:

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
• 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
• A supportive and proactive leadership style
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and mentoring skills
• A full‑time, can‑do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do!
