• Engage and Inspire:
  Plan and deliver dynamic, standards-aligned lessons in English Language Arts that foster critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
• Data-Driven Instruction:
  Use formative and summative assessments to plan targeted, effective instruction that meets diverse student needs.
• Support Literacy Development:
  Guide students in improving their reading comprehension, writing skills, and ability to analyze various forms of literature.
• Differentiate Instruction:
  Use creative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (or actively working toward completion).
• Certification:
  Valid Texas Teaching Certificate required with appropriate English certification.
• Experience:
  
  Previous teaching experience is preferred, but we welcome new educators with a passion for literature and language.
• Skills:
