Senior Secretary
South Dakota State University (SDState) is seeking a Senior Secretary for the Extension Field Operations department to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Extension Regional Center and the staff located there. As the outreach arm of our state's land grant, South Dakota State University, SDSUExtension is able to provide farmers, ranchers, agri-business people, communities, families and youth with the research-based information they need to succeed.
This position is located in Winner, South Dakota. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall operations of the regional center office.
- Regional Center Office scheduling.
- Enforcing office procedures, rules, and policies to staff and public.
- Regional Center Administrative Duties.
