Position Overview
Roscoe Collegiate ISD is seeking a Part-Time Reading Tutor to provide targeted support to students. The tutor will work with individuals and small groups to strengthen reading skills, close learning gaps, and build confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and small-group reading support.
- Reinforce classroom instruction and targeted reading skills.
- Use student data to guide instruction and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with teachers to support student needs.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Strong reading and communication skills.
- Experience working with students preferred.
- Patient, dependable, and committed to student success.
