Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

* This role is based in Huron, South Dakota
* This position requires working onsite five days a week
* 5+ years of experience in power generation, industrial plant operations, or engine-driven facilities preferred
* Experience with natural gas reciprocating engines
* Certifications and Licenses preferred
* OSHA safety training (LOTO, confined space, HAZCOM)
* Electrical switching or high-voltage safety training
- ** Electrician Services**:
Knowledge of electrical power, lighting and control systems; ability to plan and perform electrical work for buildings, infrastructures, and equipment
** Standard Operating Procedures:
** Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP); ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency
** Technical Troubleshooting**:
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application, or operation
** Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:
Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
** Effective Communications**:
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
