About the Role
The Technical Product Manager – Components has to support the strategic direction, development, and delivery of advanced product/component solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring technical excellence, market relevance, and profitability across the product portfolio, aligned with the overall business strategy.
This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to shape product strategy, guide roadmap development, and strengthen business relationships in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Systems, or related field)
- Extensive applied experience in engineering, product development, or technical environments
- Proven experience in product/component lifecycle management, product strategy input and roadmap development
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis and interpretation of customer requirements
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyse market trends, customer requirements, and industry developments to inform strategy and drive competitive product positioning.
- Technical Product Insight – Deep understanding of product/component technologies and capabilities to support decision‑making.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership & Influence – Proven ability to align and influence Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management – Capability to build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and partnerships to support collaboration and strategic growth.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyse market trends, customer requirements, and industry developments to inform strategy and drive competitive product positioning.
