Customer Service Rep, Casino, Gaming Manager
The Hosts primary function is to make customers feel welcomed into the casino and answer basic questions regarding their stay. Issuing comps in the form of free accommodations, meals, or other various perks and freebies is also generally handled by the casino host, although the floor managers and other administrative level employees also present valued customers with comps. Good computer and communication skills are required, with applicants having an overall understanding of casino operations.
In this key role you will build and maintain relationships with premium customers; utilize casino computer systems; handle and resolve player concerns; maintain high standard of courtesy, professionalism and discretion in all communications to, about, or with customers; ensure guests are aware of events; represent the company at functions and special events; maintain high levels of visibility throughout the facility, and keep informed of competitive promotions and methods.
A South Dakota Commission of Gaming Support License is required.
