Responsibilities
The Slot Tech position is responsible for customer service on the casino floor. This includes slot machine maintenance, jackpot pays, making change, serving drinks and meeting customer needs.
The Slot Tech position must also give breaks to the other areas of the casino floor including:
- cashier’s cage
- soft count
- drop team
- the club center
Base wage plus tips.
