Responsible for handling incoming calls to the casino, and gives information to callers, or routes call to appropriate extension.

Required to operate the Player's Club booth and TELEPHONE system.

Knowledgeable of all casino promotions and special events and being able to relay this information to customer.

Greets the public and responsible for enrolling customers in the Player's Club.

Redeem points for customers in accordance with departmental policy.

Answer customers' inquiries.

Follows event notices and assists in promotions by giving ideas, coupons, picking random winners.

Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow employees, must be neat in appearance at all times.

Create a daily report on coupon giveaways, birthdays, new number, and daily count. Report must include all daily transaction logs for all coupons that are given out.

Complies with other duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing/Player's Club Supervisor and/or General Manager.
