Agricultural Banker

Dacotah Bank is seeking an Agricultural Banker to join our team in Sisseton, SD! Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential agricultural customers and other financial institutions.

• Manage the full agricultural lending process, ensuring compliance with lending policies and supporting loan department objectives.
• Review, investigate, and analyze loan applications by gathering financial, credit, property, and reference information to assess loan feasibility.
• Approve loans within authority limits, recommend larger requests for committee approval, and communicate lending decisions to applicants.
• Coordinate and oversee loan closings, prepare required documentation, and administer lines of credit and credit extensions.
• Monitor loan portfolios, identify and address delinquent or problem accounts, complete asset action plans, and build customer relationships through business development and lending outreach activities.
