Responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure flow of cash across bank branches, verifying documents, and maintaining accurate records during cash pickup and deposit operations.
Role OverviewResponsible for ensuring the smooth and secure flow of cash across bank branches, verifying documents, and maintaining accurate records during cash pickup and deposit operations.
Key Responsibilities- Verify documents following MHA guidelines and SOPs.
- Obtain necessary slips and seals from branch managers.
- Maintain trip sheets and complete mobile reporting at customer sites.
- Deposit cash at banks during banking hours.
- Participate in training sessions on operations and soft skills.
- Maintain security and discipline during cash handling.
- Report timely to banks and customers.
Work closely with Operations Supervisors and Branch Managers to facilitate seamless cash management.
Qualifications & Skills- Minimum 12th grade education.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Attributes include integrity, teamwork, and flexibility.
- Open to freshers with relevant capabilities or internship experience.
