Big Stone Therapies is excited to invite applicants for our Start Up Team – a unique opportunity to be part of launching new clinic locations while receiving exceptional support and training. Whether you're a new grad or an experienced PT looking for a fresh adventure, we want to hear from you!
WhatYou’ll Do
- Travel to new BST locations to support clinic rollouts
- Participate in leadership and orientation meetings
- Help train and onboard new staff
- Implement standardized company processes and systems
- Provide direct patient care across a variety of clinical settings
- Loan repayment opportunities

- An energetic, multidisciplinary care team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
- 16-hours annually of paid Professional Development time
