Whether you're a new grad or an experienced OT looking for a fresh adventure, we want to hear from you!

• Travel to new BST locations to support clinic rollouts
• Participate in leadership and orientation meetings
• Help train and onboard new staff
• Implement standardized company processes and systems
• Provide direct patient care across a variety of clinical settings

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, OT licensing in Minnesota. Must be able to travel throughout the Midwest, typically for 3-6 month periods.
