Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative plays a key role in supporting daily administrative operations, with a primary focus on accurate data entry, fax and referral processing, and insurance eligibility checks. You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure patients experience a smooth, efficient registration and referral process.

Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience. Excellent Opportunity for Premed Students | 8 Hours/Week

• Perform timely and accurate data entry of patient information
• Process incoming faxes, referrals, and documentation for provider review
• Conduct insurance eligibility and benefits verification
• Support patient registration workflows as needed
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience; healthcare setting experience preferred
• Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Knowledge of medical terminology required
