Provide exceptional patient care in a travel contract role. Clinical assessment, treatment planning, patient education, and documentation. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Maintain licensure and compliance. Report any quality or safety concerns.

Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with a valid state license in South Dakota. Demonstrated clinical experience and excellent communication and patient‑management skills.
