We deliver individualized rehabilitation through highly skilled professional therapists while fostering long‑term partnerships between staff and the communities they serve.

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for PRN help covering a maternity leave. Are you passionate about enhancing lives? If so, this role will involve directly participating in the evaluation, care plan development, and delivery of treatment interventions and services related to swallowing disorders, dysphagia, and communication disorders, primarily with adult and geriatric patients.

• Provides screenings and evaluations to determine requirements for skilled speech therapy intervention relative to patient’s prior level of function.
• Develops and implements treatment plans that focus on functional and measurable outcomes, based on physicians' orders and adheres to professional standards of practice.
• Monitors patients' progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborates with, coordinates, and participates in training programs for community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement activities.

• Successful completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current valid Speech Language Pathologist license to practice in the appropriate state.
