Vitality Hospice is seeking an organized, dependable Hospice Aide Scheduler to coordinate Hospice Aide visits and support daily office operations. This role is essential in ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate care through effective staffing and communication.

• Schedule and coordinate Hospice Aide visits
• Manage call-outs and real-time schedule adjustments
• Communicate with aides, nurses, and leadership team
• Support administrative functions (phones, documentation, scanning)
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and supply inventory

• Experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; EMR experience a plus)
• Valid Driver’s License required
