- 700 Main Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, psychosocial support and other personal cares;
Assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate;
Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercise;
Documents resident cares and behaviors according to Society policy, procedure and regulations;
Handle and dispose of linens, soiled clothing or supplies properly; follow hand washing and PPE protocols
