Physical Therapist

Role: Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients, ensuring safe and effective care across various settings.

• Assess patients through records, interviews, and observations.
• Design and review personalized treatment plans, instruct patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Utilize appropriate activities to promote health and achieve treatment goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Provide direct therapy services aligned with patients' physical, emotional, and intellectual needs.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members, participating in care conferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including supervising assistants and students.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment use and safety standards.
• Engage in professional growth through education and workshops.

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication skills, visual acuity, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
