Good Samaritan Society - 421 East 4th Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a charge nurse;
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse;
Record vital signs and monitor residents' health as part of plan of care;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility;
Document outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary; communicate changes to the charge nurse
