Good Samaritan Society - 421 East 4th Street - Responsibilities:
Assist with basic health care needs and activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, undressing, obtaining vital signs, providing psychosocial support, and delivering other personal care as assigned;
Assist clients with meals and snacks and provide water and nutritional supplements;
Assist with housekeeping, laundry services, and other duties as assigned within non-certified nursing assistant role;
Assist the care team and document client care when appropriate;
Communicate changes in client condition and care-related concerns to a licensed nurse
