Southern Plains Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral health programs in Winner, South Dakota. This position supports high-quality, client-centered care while providing supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to clinical staff.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $64,000–$84,200 per year
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage paid 100% for employees
  • Family coverage available at the employee's expense
  • $550 stipend available with proof of other insurance
  • Paid federal holidays, plus three optional holidays
  • 15 vacation days per year to start, increasing to up to 22 days based on length of employment
  • Sick leave accrued at one day per month
  • Retirement plan with agency match of up to 3% after one year of employment

  • Educational assistance of up to $5,250 for full-time employees and $3,000 for part-time employees, subject to agency approval and program requirements

  • Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.;
    Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
On-Call Compensation:
  • Participate in the agency's on-call rotation, averaging one weekday per week Monday through Thursday and one weekend approximately every three months.
  • On-call compensation is $100 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff.
  • Provide regular clinical supervision and support staff development.
  • Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in client screening, diagnosis, assessment, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to strengthen clinical services and improve client outcomes.
  • Support program operations and participate in the agency's on-call rotation.
  • Help ensure compliance with agency policies, accreditation standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Education & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Current professional licensure in the applicable discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of supervised postgraduate clinical experience.
  • Strong clinical leadership, communication, and staff development skills.
