Marshfield Clinic - 421 East 4th Street - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision of a charge nurse;
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse;
Document outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary;
Communicate changing condition, medication follow-up and care-related concerns to the charge nurse;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques; assist with meals and dining; provide housekeeping and laundry assistance
