JOB SUMMARY:Palisade Healthcare Center is currently seeking a Nursing Home Administrator that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As a nursing home administrator, you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Financial Management
- Quality Management
- Human Resource Management
- Physical Plant Management
- Marketing & Community Relations
- Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.
EXPERIENCE:
- Required:
Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in South Dakota - Preferred:
Two years’ experience as an NHA.
- Private Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental, & Vision)
- NHA Bonus Plan
