Role:
Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, providing therapy services to patients.
Responsibilities:Assessing, planning, and implementing patient treatment plans; delivering therapy to improve patient outcomes; collaborating with healthcare teams; documenting progress; and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:Valid occupational therapy license; strong clinical skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities; ability to work independently; and relevant experience in SNF or similar settings.
Key Duties:Provide patient-centered therapy services, evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, document progress, and contribute to multidisciplinary care.
- Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
- Shift: 8 hours, local contract role.
