Housekeepers are responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel.
Responsibilities- Servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Stocking cart with room supplies.
- Replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies.
- Cleaning public areas such as hallways.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team members.
- Ability to bend, lift, stand or walk all day.
- Operate various mechanized cleaning equipment.
- Maintain facilities in a sanitary condition and report needed repairs immediately (e.g., leaky faucets, loose tile, broken window panes, missing nuts or screws, beds needing repair).
- Physical requirement: lift up to 30 lbs.
