Good Samaritan Society - Up to $23.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Prepares, assembles, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors;
Follows HACCP guidelines and documents HACCP steps, temperatures and outcomes;
Operates equipment such as mixers, slicers, kettles, ovens, and dishwashers;
Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment, and machinery; ensures sanitation;
Communicates effectively with internal customers and works as a team
