Bilingual Immigration Coordinator
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people navigate important employment and immigration processes? PIPESTONE is looking for a Bilingual Immigration Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining compliance with employment authorization requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and maintain immigration documentation and employee records
- Track visa renewals, work authorizations, and compliance deadlines
- Communicate with employees, managers, and external partners regarding documentation needs
- Monitor upcoming expiration dates and provide proactive follow-up
- Maintain accurate, confidential files and reporting systems
- Support immigration-related processes and ensure audit readiness
What We're Looking For:
- Associate degree in Administrative Studies or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Bilingual communication skills required
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Immigration experience is a plus, but not required
