As a Human Resource Recruiting Supervisor, you'll play a key role in attracting top talent, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. We offer the training, mentorship, and resources needed to help you succeed and advance your HR career.

• Lead recruiting initiatives to attract qualified candidates across multiple locations.
• Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Support employee relations efforts and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Assist managers and employees in resolving workplace concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Encourage employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.

• Supervise recruiting activities and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning and strategic HR projects.
• Support onboarding programs that set new employees up for success.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to hiring processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
