SAP EWM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant with a strong background in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP EWM solutions in manufacturing companies, optimizing warehouse and supply chain operations. This role is fully remote, offering an opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead SAP EWM implementations in manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with production and warehouse operations.

● Design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM functionalities including inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and automation solutions.

● Integrate SAP EWM with SAP ERP (S/4

HANA or ECC), MM, SD, and TM, ensuring seamless material flow between production and warehouse.

● Support warehouse automation, robotics, and real-time inventory tracking to enhance efficiency.

● Troubleshoot issues, conduct system testing, and ensure operational stability.

● Provide training to end-users and support teams, ensuring smooth adoption of EWM functionalities.

● Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP best practices for manufacturing logistics.

Requirements

● 5+ years of experience implementing SAP EWM in a manufacturing company.

● Strong understanding of manufacturing logistics, warehouse processes, and supply chain integration.

● Hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration, RF devices, labor management, and automation solutions.

● Experience integrating SAP EWM with shop floor operations, MES systems, and production planning.

● Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with developers for enhancements (ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus).

● Experience working in S/4

HANA Embedded EWM is highly desirable.

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Knowledge of Fiori apps for EWM.

● Experience with IoT-enabled warehouse solutions in a manufacturing setting.
