Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Consultant in the area of Sales & Distribution (SD) with deep expertise in all relevant SD processes & functions, preferably in consumer & automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and supporting SAP SD modules, ensuring seamless integration, optimal system performance, and alignment with business processes.

• Provide expert-level support for SAP SD modules in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in module SD with integration to MM, LE and FI/CO.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support and enhance functionalities in:
• Sales Order processing
• Scheduling Agreement processing in automotive industry
• EDI processing
• Invoicing, Credit- & Debit notes including returns
• Scheduling and ATP Check
• Pricing procedures
• Customer Condition Management (CCM)
• Forms (Order Confirmations, Invoices)
• ERP Reports & Queries
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Instruct end-users and create support documentation.

• Deep knowledge in SD module of S/4
  
  HANA with focus on functions mentioned above from technical perspective (customizing) as well as User view (processes)
• ABAP analysis & specifications
• Batch-Job processing
• Good understanding of Business Processes

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Experience in international SAP rollouts or support environments
• Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and modern UI technologies
