Presentation of the EntityThe Department of Digital constitutes an essential entity within the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of Moselle. Its mission is to design, deploy, maintain, and secure all information systems, IT infrastructures, and digital tools used by the establishment.
A key player in the digital transformation of the SDIS, the Department of Digital works daily to serve operational performance, service continuity, and data security. It supports all services—administrative, technical, and operational—by providing tailored digital solutions.
Committed to continuous improvement, it anticipates technological developments to meet the growing needs of users and ensure the effectiveness of the public rescue service.
Missions- Manage user requests: handling calls and tickets, reclassification, follow-up, and follow-up with internal teams on processing;
- Reliably manage the input-output circuit of personnel;
- Respond to assistance requests from users of information system equipment and terminals according to the procedures in force;
- Prepare information system equipment and terminals for commissioning (all types: IT, telephone, radio, alert receivers, etc.);
- Implement the IT equipment plan;
- Maintain, administer, and operate workstations;
- Implement information system security rules at workstations;
- Contribute to the enrichment and improvement of the knowledge base;
- Participate in the implementation of the digital department's projects;
- Report on activity and significant events on a daily or weekly basis;
- Possible participation in technical on-call duty.
- Knowledge of the main architectures of information and communication systems;
- Basic knowledge of computer networks, operating systems (MS Windows and GNU/Linux), technical directory (LDAP and AD), and web technologies;
- Preferred knowledge in the field of free software (such as: Nextcloud, Alfresco, Libre Office, etc.);
- Understanding of the functioning of a territorial community and more specifically of a SDIS.
- Analyze needs and meet user expectations;
- Design, maintain, and exploit documentation adapted to problem-solving;
- Install and put into service information network and telecommunications systems following the procedures established in the specifications (connection of all IT and telephone devices to the internal network, installation of software, etc.);
- Assist and advise users during the operation of systems;
- Perform preventive maintenance, update equipment, contribute to evolving the information system according to needs;
- Intervene in case of breakdown, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions.
- Full-time position, 39 hours/week (25 days of leave, 2 days of fractionalization, and 23 days of additional leave);
- Statutory remuneration plus a hardship and expertise allowance (IFSE) and an annual additional allowance (CIA);
- Possibility of teleworking;
